MENOPAUSAL HORMONE THERAPY
Perimenopause and menopause can affect far more than your menstrual cycle. Hormonal changes may contribute to hot flashes, night sweats, disrupted sleep, vaginal or urinary symptoms, and other changes that can significantly affect quality of life.
Hormone therapy may include estrogen and/or progesterone using FDA-approved bioidentical formulations or other therapies when clinically appropriate. Treatment is based on your symptoms, menstrual and reproductive history, medical and family history, individual risk factors and goals—not simply achieving a predetermined laboratory value.
For many healthy women younger than 60 or within approximately 10 years of menopause onset, the benefit-risk profile of systemic hormone therapy is generally more favorable when appropriate indications are present and there are no contraindications. Treatment requires individualized evaluation and ongoing reassessment of symptoms, response, risks and benefits.

TREATMENT + WHAT TO EXPECT
Most IV appointments take approximately 45–60 minutes, although infusion time varies by formulation and individual tolerance. NAD+ infusions may require additional time depending on dose and tolerance.​
A small IV catheter is placed, and you can relax while your infusion is administered. Your provider will review your health history, medications and current concerns before treatment.
